When it ships
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a weekday go out the same afternoon. Everything else goes the next business day. You get a tracking number the moment the label is printed, not when it scans.
How it is packed
Penny sleeve, taped shut. A 35pt toploader, or a fitted foam case for anything in a slab. Team bag around that, then a rigid mailer. Orders over three hundred dollars ship with signature on delivery at no extra cost.
What it costs
A flat five dollars anywhere in the US, free once your bag passes seventy-five. International is quoted at cost - email me before ordering and I will get you a real number rather than a guess.
If the grade is wrong
Send it back within fourteen days and I will refund the card and both legs of the postage. No photographs required, no argument. I would rather lose the sale than have you feel misled about a condition call.
If it arrives damaged
Message me with a photo of the mailer before you open it any further. Every order over one hundred dollars is insured and I will make it right the same day, then deal with the carrier myself.
